I've been trying to find information on my grandfather and I noticed that in
1872 McCager Napier was a Sheriff. Could you send me info of who he was
and who he was married to? Any info would help. My grandfather,
McCager Napier, born Est: 1849/52 in Knott Co, KY, married Nancy Jane Ritchie,
born 12-19-1883 in TN. When my mother was born in 1917 he was 65 and she
was 35. McCager was married before but I'm not sure who he was married
to. I know this is not a genealogy net however I do appreciate it if you
could tell me something about this Sheriff McCager Napier. I am constantly
searching the net for just any hope of finding something that will lead me to my
grandfather. Looking at those pictures about Hazard also make me seem
close to my mom. She's gone now however she was raised up in Hazard.
My mom, Della Mae Napier, left KY in 1931. I thank you very much and may
Hazard KY Have a Beautiful Day." Betty Sapp, Fort Smith,
